Level 01 – Lean Practitioner / Team Leader
Participants at this level will be able to:
Undertake Root Cause Analysis , Structured Problem Solving, apply Competitive Enterprise Practices, Workplace Management, Quality Standards, Manage Change of one’s own work, Lead a Workplace Management Team and Sustain Improvements.
Level 02 – Lean Supervisor / Manager
In addition to the above:
Participants at this level will be able to Lead Change Management initiatives, Implement Competitive Enterprise & Continuous Improvement Systems, Ensure Improvements are Sustained.
Level 03 – Lean Manager / Senior Manager
In addition to the above:
Participants at this level will be able to Introduce Change, Manage Workplace Learning, Manage Internal & External Relationships, Develop a Competitive Enterprise System, Design and Implement a Communication Strategy, Just in Time Systems, Process Layouts, Analyse Strategic Cost Implications and Improve Cost Factors.
Level 04 – Lean Advanced / Master
In addition to the above:
Participants at this level will be able to Facilitate Holistic Culture Improvement, apply Statistical Process Controls, Develop a Business Plan, Levelled Pull System, Manage Information Collection Requirements, Document Control Strategies, Proactive Maintenance Strategies, Workplace Policy & Procedures for Sustainability, Quick Changeover Procedures, and the apply Enterprise Systems such as SCADA, ERP and MRPII.
Mentoring Program
Coaching and Mentoring is absolutely essential if you are committed to developing competency, and making sure your improvement initiative is genuinely effective in getting results for your business. The option exists to enter into a process of mentoring to ensure that the skills you are taught are applied effectively and you maximise your learning potential.
Competency is formally recognised through certification for individuals who complete the program and apply it in a work environment. The issue of formal qualifications requires attainment of all specified competencies, and at present is only offered in partnership with companies where competency certification is a part of their business improvement strategy.
