Our employees are enrolled in Nationally Recognised Qualifications and most have completed their qualifications of Certificate III in Process Manufacturing for some and Certificate IV in Competitive Manufacturing.

Those who have now completed the Certificate III in Process Manufacturing and Certificate IV in Competitive Manufacturing have articulated to the next level of qualification appropriate to their job role and abilities – with 14 now enrolled in the Diploma of Management.

Supa Stik’s management team is consistently being presented with new techniques for assessing, reviewing and measuring our business performance, and the progress of our individuals and teams. Being a manufacturing business we have large parts of our team that are not familiar working with excel programs, graphs and other tools of data management, however with the assistance of Newmindscape this is now commonplace across the whole business.

Our ‘Green Room’ has been developed with guidance from Newmindscape and it now provides everyone in the business with a daily snapshot on the performance of the business across key areas, including safety, quality, output & input, as well as a recognition area for special efforts.

Our ‘Admin Angels’ team were particularly excited when presented with the Newmindscape quarterly Award for Excellence, and it served as a positive message internally for the other groups working on Lean Projects through their qualification training.
