We are excited to offer a completely integrated business improvement program that maps seamlessly into a Nationally Recognised Training qualification. We work on real bottom line improvement projects for your business and automatically link the business benefits to a number of training units, which during the course of the improvement activities will satisfy the very stringent requirements of the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF).
Four Levels of Certification
Within the framework of our Business improvement program, activities will be traced back to the following qualifications.
Level 01 - Lean Practitioner / Team Leader
An Individual who is competent and would be expected to apply a range of improvement tools and techniques.

Level 04 - Lean Advanced / Master
