Students will be required to undertake a range of activities and implement a range of lean manufacturing tools in their workplaces, including the implementation of tools such as 5S, productive maintenance and quick changeover improvement projects. Students will actively engage with others during their training, and drive the application of process improvements.

MSA61108 Advanced Diploma of Competitive Manufacturing
Advanced Diploma courses are specifically designed for individuals who would be expected to manage a number of departments or are looking to become a senior manager within the business. Those who successfully complete the course would be able to integrate and apply a wider scope of Lean tools across a number of areas in the manufacturing process.
MSA51108 Diploma of Competitive Manufacturing
Diploma courses are targeted mostly at individuals in a management role or looking to become a manager within the business. The course will provide them with the skills to enable them to work effectively in team environments and oversee business processes and changes as they are implemented in the organisation.
MSA41108 Certificate IV in Competitive Manufacturing
Certificate IV courses are aimed at individuals who are in a leadership role or looking to become a team leader within the business. They would be expected to apply a range of improvement tools and techniques within their business.
MSA31108 Certificate III in Competitive Manufacturing

Certificate III courses are geared toward individuals who would be expected to apply a range of improvement tools and techniques in their business.
